     I just purchased a ms906bt from Cornwell, and would like play store for Pandora and gmail. Is there any way I can install them?

    You have to find the gmail program, as a APK file, download and install it on your tablet. https://www.androidapksfree.com/apk/gmail-apk-latest-download-for-android/ 
    Your tablet will tell you that your are installing from an unsecure site, then you have tick the, allow to install from unsecure site, in settings, remember to untick again when you have installed
